Terms
These terms explain what FluxService does as a platform, what customers and plumbers can expect from the quote and job flow, and where responsibility remains with independent plumbers and payment processors.
FluxService provides the platform for job intake, quotes, booking updates, messages, and records.
FluxService is not the on-site plumbing contractor. Plumbing services are delivered by independent professionals who use the platform, while FluxService operates the account, quote, booking, messaging, and payment-reference workflow.
Counsel still needs to confirm the exact contract structure, when a customer becomes bound, whether the service contract is solely between customer and plumber, and how that should be described across checkout, receipts, cancellations, and support.
The platform depends on accurate identity, contact, and region details to route work correctly.
Keep account email and phone details current so quotes, updates, and support reach the right person.
Approval, region selection, and Stripe Connect payout onboarding may be required before full workspace access is enabled.
Customers can compare quotes, choose one option, and follow the job from booking to completion.
Payment handling depends on third-party processors rather than direct manual handling by the site.
Processor references, refund state, and dispute state may be stored as part of the booking and payment records, but full card details are not handled directly by the site database.
Payout setup and payout status are handled through Stripe Connect onboarding and related processor references rather than separate manual identity checks inside the website.
Final public wording still needs to confirm the legal status of deposits, cancellation and refund rules, chargebacks and disputes, and whether the current Stripe structure supports FluxService's intended marketplace role.
Questions about data retention for transactions and dispute evidence are covered in the retention policy.
These areas need final legal wording because the live product already includes quote acceptance, deposits, cancellation paths, and dispute-sensitive payment records.
Counsel still needs to confirm how cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and complaints should be described, which party is responsible in each case, and how those rules interact with the platform's intended marketplace structure.
The platform supports coordination. It is not a substitute for emergency action or local legal duties.
Platform access depends on honest use of the quote, messaging, and booking systems.
